The Get Fit Challenge: Six Simple Habits for a Healthier You

That’s why we’re so excited to invite you to join The Wellness Way’s Get Fit Challenge this month! Whether you’re a seasoned wellness enthusiast or just looking to make a few positive changes, this challenge is designed to help everyone get moving, get outside, and get healthier—together.

What is the Get Fit Challenge?

The Get Fit Challenge is a month-long commitment to six daily habits that support your body, mind, and spirit. It’s not about strict rules or impossible goals. Instead, it’s about progress, accountability, and community. Here’s how it works:

The Six Daily Habits

  1. Move Your Body for 30 Minutes

    • This isn’t about running marathons or lifting heavy weights (unless you want to!). Just find a way to move intentionally for 30 minutes each day. Walk, dance, stretch, swim, or do yoga; whatever feels good for you.

  2. Soak Up the Sun for 15-20 Minutes

    • Step outside every day, even if it’s cloudy. Sunlight and fresh air are powerful mood boosters and support your body’s natural rhythms.

  3. Ground Yourself for 15-20 Minutes

    • Take off your shoes and connect with the earth: grass, sand, or water. Grounding helps reduce stress and can improve your overall sense of well-being. (Florida friends, keep an eye out for those fire ants!)

  4. Avoid Your Food Allergies

  5. Hit Your Protein Target

  6. Hydrate with Water + Electrolytes

    • Keep your body fueled and balanced by drinking plenty of water with added electrolytes each day.
