Mary grew up in Massachusetts and began skating at the age of 3, competing at a high level until age 18. Her years in competitive figure skating ignited a lifelong passion for health and nutrition, which was central to her training and performance. After her competitive career, she joined Disney on Ice, where she toured the world for 9 years and met her husband, with whom she now shares 28 years of marriage.

After her time with Disney on Ice, she became a stay-at-home mom. As her children grew older, she pursued her interest in wellness further by becoming a licensed massage therapist. This new career deepened her commitment to health and natural healing.

Her own health journey led to a diagnosis of hypothyroidism after the birth of her first child, and later Hashimoto’s after 22 years on medication. Her passion for natural healing grew when her daughter struggled with endometriosis and multiple surgeries.

Discovering The Wellness Way helped her daughter to avoid a fourth surgery, inspiring Mary to attend The Wellness Way Academy and become a Health Restoration Coach, where she now helps others restore their health through holistic approaches.
