Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened, unused supplements may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Any supplement that has been opened, partially used, or tampered with in any way is not eligible for return or refund, regardless of the amount used.

Once a supplement has been opened, we are unable to verify product integrity or ensure proper handling. For this reason, opened supplements cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The supplement must be sealed and in its original condition

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of purchase

  • Proof of purchase will be verified through the clinicโ€™s purchase records

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a supplement arrives damaged or defective, please contact our office promptly.

  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced, not refunded.

Online & In-Office Purchases

This policy applies to both in-office and online supplement purchases.

Discretion

The clinic reserves the right to make the final determination regarding all returns, refunds, and replacements.
